Technical, Principal or Finance NetSuite Consultant

NetSuite Consultants

As a NetSuite Consultant, your focus is to make sure business processes are optimised and efficient. You are responsible for ensuring that any systems inefficiencies within NetSuite are identified and eradicated, enabling the business to meet its growth objectives.

Typically for a senior position it is beneficial for you to either have more than 2 years’ experience in NetSuite or a NetSuite certification.

So, what will you be taking on as a NetSuite Consultant?

NetSuite Functional Consultant: Bringing product and industry expertise to an integration or an upgrade. You will be expected to provide the organisation with advice and support about NetSuite functionality and how the system can be used by the business in order to identify a return on investment.

Responsibilities

• Working on end-to-end implementation
• Working across multiple verticals of NetSuite
• Analysing business needs to help meets the customer's objectives
• Resolve complex customer requirements by recommending and implementing solutions
• Provide status updates on progress against deliverables
• Produce workflows, dashboards, and inventory reports.

NetSuite Technical Consultant

You bring specific expertise to design, develop and test technical requirements within NetSuite, or operations of technical solutions. Occasionally, you will need to work alongside clients and training end users.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for technical questions regarding NetSuite
• A point of escalation for technical questions and issues
• Report on the status of all issues and projects that require technical work, manage the workload of the development team, and manage project expectations
• Act as the owner of technical work in NetSuite

NetSuite Principal Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, your position is to lead a team of consultants. The end goal will be to successfully implement/upgrade the businesses NetSuite software.

Responsibilities

• Team-lead on projects
• Providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members
• Lead the implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions
• Responsible for all aspects of project management and client satisfaction for the assigned clients
• Track project budgets, proactively manage and create change orders
• Develop the ability to train customers on proprietary solutions
• Assist with the establishment and documentation of business processes
• Track and keep current project expenses within budget

NetSuite Finance Consultant

In this customer facing role, you’ll be working alongside the NetSuite team. You will need to ensure that all financial questions are answered, and risks are mitigated across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge in finance processes in NetSuite (e.g. NetSuite Advanced Financials, NetSuite SuiteBilling, NetSuite Revenue Management)
• Delivering solutions, taking full advantage of NetSuite's capabilities
• Writing functional specifications, test scripts and projects
• Configuration and troubleshooting of NetSuite
• Lead and support the testing for each project lifecycle
