- Gather and translate business and user requirements into technical solutions
- Take ownership of technical delivery within the ERP upgrade programme
- Coordinate daily ERP activities, including progress tracking and prioritisation
- Ensure all technical tasks are delivered in line with the project schedule
- Actively participate in upgrade and implementation activities
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical queries, clarifications, and minor issues
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks or blockers where necessary
- Support project governance, including budget awareness and timeline management

- Extensive hands-on experience as an IFS Technical Consultant (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong technical expertise in IFS (e.g. customisations, integrations, extensions, data handling)
- Proven experience working on IFS upgrades and/or large-scale ERP projects
- Ability to manage and prioritise technical workloads within a structured project environment
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across both technical and business teams
- Functional experience within Finance, Procurement, and/or Project modules
- Exposure to Finance or HR system landscapes
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and escalate when needed
- Proactive, structured, and delivery-focused
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with onsite collaboration
