In March of 2022, we were delighted to announce Nick Graham as Head of Practice of IT Works Germany. During this period, it was important for us to re-focus, rejuvenate and re-strategise our current internal methodology. Our aim has always been to provide both candidates and clients with a great service, but we wanted to ensure we could facilitate whilst also improving the speed of delivery alongside the quality of service.
