NetSuite Finance Consultant

Location: Remote, Germany
Salary: Up to €75,000 Base Salary + 20% Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Finance Consultant to join a growing organisation undergoing significant ERP and finance transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultant with strong NetSuite and finance process expertise to play a key role in optimising and enhancing the company's NetSuite environment.

Working closely with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring solutions, supporting users, and delivering improvements across the NetSuite platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support NetSuite Finance implementation and optimisation projects

• Gather and analyse business requirements from finance stakeholders

• Configure and maintain NetSuite financial modules

• Provide functional expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition

• Design and improve finance processes and system workflows

• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial insights within NetSuite

• Deliver user training and support adoption across the business

• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery

• Support testing, data migration, and post-go-live activities

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system enhancement

Requirements

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Finance Consultant

• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes

• Experience delivering NetSuite implementations, upgrades, or optimisation projects

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions

• Experience with financial reporting and system configuration

• Fluent German and professional English communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Desirable Skills

• NetSuite certifications

• Experience working in international or multi-entity environments

• Knowledge of integrations and third-party finance applications

• Previous consulting or client-facing experience
