About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Finance Consultant to join a growing ERP team supporting clients across the Netherlands. You will play a key role in delivering NetSuite Finance implementations, optimisations, and transformation projects for organisations looking to improve their financial processes and reporting capabilities.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with finance leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to design and implement best-practice NetSuite solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite Financials implementation and optimisation projects.
• Gather and document business requirements from finance and accounting stakeholders.
• Configure NetSuite modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets
  • Cash Management
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Multi-Company & Multi-Currency
• Design and improve financial processes aligned with NetSuite best practices.
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with clients.
• Create functional specifications for customisations and integrations.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training activities.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and solution architects throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of NetSuite consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience delivering at least 2 full NetSuite implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Dutch financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience configuring NetSuite Financial Modules.
