Finance Consultant (Dutch Speaking)

Location: Netherlands (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: Up to €75,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a finance professional who enjoys improving processes, driving ERP projects, and working closely with stakeholders? We're partnering with a leading organisation in the Netherlands looking for a Dutch-speaking Finance Consultant to help optimise finance operations and support business transformation initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Lead finance process improvement and transformation projects.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.
• Configure and optimise ERP solutions, with a strong focus on finance modules.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Support month-end, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes.
• Play a key role in ERP implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Fluent Dutch and English.
• 3+ years' experience in Finance, ERP Consulting, or Finance Systems.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
