Define and own the long-term M3 architecture strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational processes, and technology investments.
Partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to identify opportunities for optimisation, transformation, and future ERP-enabled growth.
Lead the design and governance of M3 solutions across functional areas, ensuring scalable, efficient, and standardised processes whilst minimising customisation where possible.
Evaluate, prioritise, and oversee future M3 enhancements, integrations, cloud initiatives, and third-party solutions, building a clear roadmap for continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all M3-related matters, providing leadership, guidance, and decision-making support across projects, support teams, and business functions.
