Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of the Infor M3 Finance workstream as part of a CloudSuite upgrade, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practice processes.
Facilitate finance workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable CloudSuite solutions across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Controlling.
Configure, test, and support end-to-end finance processes, including system integration, data migration validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a successful deployment.
Provide functional expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with technical consultants, project managers, and business users to resolve issues and manage risks.
Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation hypercare, ensuring business continuity and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices in Infor M3 Finance, contributing to solution documentation, project governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
