Infor LN Master Data Manager
Role Overview

The Infor LN Master Data Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data within Infor LN and during the transition to Infor CloudSuite LN. This role supports the cloud migration by leading data cleansing, standardisation, migration, and ongoing data quality management.

Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain master data governance standards, policies, and ownership model.
Lead master data activities for the migration to Infor CloudSuite LN, including cleansing, validation, and cutover support.
Ensure high data quality across key domains such as Item, Customer, Supplier, BOM, Routing, and Finance.
Work with business stakeholders to align master data with standardised cloud processes.
Support data stewards and ensure clear accountability for data ownership.
Monitor and improve data quality through KPIs, reporting, and issue resolution.
Support continuous improvement of master data processes post go-live.

Required Experience
Experience with Infor LN or CloudSuite LN.
Background in ERP master data management or data migration projects.
Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Experience supporting ERP implementation or cloud transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and data governance skills.
