Lead and manage all cutover planning and execution activities for a large-scale Infor LN ERP implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during go-live.
Develop and maintain detailed cutover plans, runbooks, checklists, and contingency strategies, coordinating activities across functional, technical, infrastructure, and business workstreams.
Collaborate closely with project managers, business stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, risks, and critical milestones.
Oversee mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, data migration validation, and go-live readiness assessments to ensure successful deployment and operational stability.
Track and manage cutover risks, issues, and escalations, providing clear status reporting and driving resolution of critical blockers in a fast-paced project environment.
Act as the central point of coordination during go-live activities, ensuring effective communication, governance, and post-go-live transition support across global or multi-site operations.
