Location: Remote with travel to Czechia twice per month

Project: Greenfield IFS ERP Implementation

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead a large-scale greenfield IFS ERP implementation programme scheduled for delivery in Summer 2027. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation, ensuring alignment across business and technology stakeholders, managing third-party vendors, and overseeing critical integrations within a complex manufacturing and engineering environment.

The successful candidate will possess proven experience delivering IFS implementations, strong stakeholder management skills, and direct experience working alongside Siemens-led programmes and Teamcenter PLM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, mobilisation, and execution of a greenfield IFS ERP implementation programme.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, external partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage project governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure successful integration between IFS and Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments.
  • Work closely with Siemens implementation teams and third-party vendors to ensure programme alignment and delivery success.
  • Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain project controls, documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Manage change requests and programme impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support business readiness, testing, cutover planning, and deployment activities.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical delivery challenges and programme risks.

Required Experience

  • Proven track record delivering IFS ERP implementation projects as a Project Manager.
  • Experience leading greenfield ERP implementations from inception through deployment.
  • Strong understanding of IFS implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing IFS integrations with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
  • Direct experience working on or alongside Siemens-led implementation programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex enterprise transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Experience managing system integrators, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.
  • Excellent project governance, planning, and reporting capabilities.
