IFS Cloud Project Manager

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Project Manager to lead ERP implementation and transformation projects. The successful candidate will manage project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of ERP project management experience.

  • Proven experience delivering IFS Cloud implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Service Management.

  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IFS Cloud projects.

  • Manage project plans, resources, budgets, and risks.

  • Coordinate business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.

  • Ensure successful testing, deployment, and user adoption.

  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership and steering committees.
