We are currently supporting a leading organisation in Sweden looking to hire an experienced IFS Manufacturing Business Analyst to support a large-scale ERP and operational transformation programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on consultant with strong manufacturing process knowledge and proven experience working within IFS environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve manufacturing and production processes within an IFS environment
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Support workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementation and optimisation activities
- Support configuration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities
- Ensure manufacturing best practices are aligned with operational business needs
- Act as the bridge between business users and ERP delivery teams
Required Experience
- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within IFS Applications / IFS Cloud
- Proven background in Manufacturing, Production, Shop Floor, or Supply Chain processes
- Experience delivering ERP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with process documentation and business improvement initiatives
- Native Swedish language skills are essential
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment within Sweden
Desirable Skills
- Experience with IFS Cloud
- Exposure to Warehousing or Supply Chain modules
- Previous experience in international manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting UAT and training activities
