IFS Integration Specialist (IFS Cloud)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFS Integration Specialist to join a growing ERP team delivering enterprise-scale IFS Cloud implementations across Germany. This is a fully remote, permanent opportunity where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the IFS Cloud ecosystem.

Working alongside functional consultants, solution architects, and technical teams, you will deliver robust integration solutions that connect IFS Cloud with a variety of third-party business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations within the IFS Cloud platform.

• Build and support APIs, REST services, and middleware-based integrations.

• Configure and develop IFS Cloud integrations using standard integration frameworks and tools.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and propose scalable integration solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across production and project environments.

• Participate in full project lifecycles including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Ensure integration solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.

• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud.

• Proven experience developing and supporting ERP integrations.

• Experience with REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, and integration technologies.

• Understanding of IFS Integration Framework, IFS Connect, or related IFS integration tools.

• Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications such as CRM, finance, manufacturing, or logistics platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent German (essential) and professional English.

Desirable Experience

• Previous involvement in IFS Cloud implementation or upgrade projects.

• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar middleware platforms.

• SQL and database experience.

• Experience working within Agile project environments.
