IFS HCM Consultant (Contract / Permanent)

Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced IFS HCM Consultant to support a major IFS transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation implementing and optimising IFS Cloud HCM solutions across multiple business units.
You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end HCM functionality, working closely with stakeholders to drive business improvements through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of IFS HCM modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Time & Attendance, etc.)
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Configure and customise IFS HCM to meet client needs
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration
- Support testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation optimisation
- Provide best practice guidance on HCM processes within IFS Cloud
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IFS Consultant with strong HCM focus
- Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud (or IFS Applications)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Experience across multiple modules such as:
- Core HR
- Recruitment
- Absence & Time Management
- Payroll (desirable)
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations
Desirable Experience
- Experience in global or multi-country HCM rollouts
- Knowledge of integration tools / APIs
- Background working in consulting environments or large transformation programmes
