IFS HCM Consultant (Contract / Permanent)

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced IFS HCM Consultant to support a major IFS transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation implementing and optimising IFS Cloud HCM solutions across multiple business units.

You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end HCM functionality, working closely with stakeholders to drive business improvements through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of IFS HCM modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Time & Attendance, etc.)
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Configure and customise IFS HCM to meet client needs
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration
• Support testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation optimisation
• Provide best practice guidance on HCM processes within IFS Cloud

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IFS Consultant with strong HCM focus
• Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud (or IFS Applications)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
• Experience across multiple modules such as:
  • Core HR
  • Recruitment
  • Absence & Time Management
  • Payroll (desirable)
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations

• Experience in global or multi-country HCM rollouts
• Knowledge of integration tools / APIs
• Background working in consulting environments or large transformation programmes
