Senior IFS Cloud Technical Consultant - E-Invoicing & Output Management

Overview

We are supporting a leading Swiss organisation in the search for a highly technical IFS Cloud Specialist with deep expertise in E-Invoicing, Output Management, Reporting, and Custom Development.

This is not a functional consulting role. We are looking for someone who can work deep within the IFS Cloud platform, develop solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive technical enhancements across invoicing and document output processes.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business-critical invoicing and output solutions while working closely with Finance, IT, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support E-Invoicing solutions within IFS Cloud.
• Configure and customize invoice, order, delivery note, and financial document outputs.
• Develop and maintain custom IFS Cloud solutions, integrations, and extensions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to document generation, output management, and electronic invoice processing.
• Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Support and enhance IFS Cloud reporting and document templates.
• Build integrations with external invoicing platforms and regulatory networks.
• Participate in IFS Cloud upgrades, releases, and technical improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Architecture, and Development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and development standards.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud (essential).
• Proven background in IFS technical development and customization.
• Experience with:
  • IFS Cloud Extensions
  • Projections
  • REST APIs
  • Custom Events
  • Aurena
  • Workflows
  • SQL / PL-SQL
  • Data Migration and Integrations
• Deep understanding of IFS Output Management and Document Reporting.
• Experience supporting E-Invoicing solutions and electronic document exchange.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience working directly within production environments and business-critical ERP systems.
