I am seeking an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant to support ongoing ERP optimisation and business transformation initiatives across their operational landscape.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational stakeholders, key users and technical teams to improve business processes, support system functionality and contribute towards ongoing enhancement projects within the Infor M3 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and optimise existing Infor M3 processes across manufacturing, supply chain and warehousing functions
- Gather and analyse business requirements from operational stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions
- Support process improvement initiatives across production and logistics operations
- Coordinate with technical teams regarding integrations, workflows and system enhancements
- Participate in testing, user support and continuous improvement activities
- Assist with documentation, process mapping and training where required
Required Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience within Infor M3 functional consulting
- Experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Food & beverage industry experience highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of operational ERP processes
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting ERP optimisation and change initiatives
- French language skills preferred
