Overview
We are supporting a client in the Netherlands who is seeking an experienced IFS Service, Maintenance & PSO Consultant to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a key role focused on optimising and supporting their IFS Cloud environment across Service Management, Maintenance, and Project Service Operations (PSO).
You will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance system performance, improve processes, and ensure effective utilisation of IFS Cloud capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise across IFS Service Management, Maintenance, and PSO modules

Support, configure, and optimise the IFS Cloud solution in line with business needs

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions

Drive improvements in service workflows, asset maintenance processes, and project delivery

Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements

Support ongoing projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

Deliver user training and provide best practice guidance where required
