Senior NetSuite Logistics Consultant

The Role

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Logistics Consultant based in the Netherlands to lead the design and delivery of NetSuite supply chain and logistics solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.

You’ll play a key role in translating complex warehouse, inventory, and fulfilment processes into scalable NetSuite solutions, working closely with Dutch and international stakeholders.

This is a senior, hands-on role with ownership across the full NetSuite delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead logistics and supply chain workstreams within NetSuite implementations

  • Design and configure NetSuite modules including:

    • Inventory Management

    • Order Management

    • Advanced Inventory

    • WMS / TMS (where applicable)

  • Run on-site and remote workshops with operations and warehouse teams

  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end NetSuite solutions

  • Own solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live support

  • Advise clients on best practices for:

    • Inventory accuracy and control

    • Multi-warehouse and multi-location environments

    • Order fulfilment and shipping workflows

  • Support integrations with 3PLs, carriers, WMS platforms, and eCommerce tools

  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients during delivery

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery standards

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience

  • Strong functional expertise in logistics, supply chain, and inventory management

  • Proven track record delivering multiple NetSuite implementations

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Warehouse operations and fulfilment processes

    • Inventory costing and traceability

    • Multi-entity and international environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

  • Based in the Netherlands and willing to work in a hybrid model
