Overview
A leading organisation in Europe is seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant for a three month assignment. The role requires deep functional expertise across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and core Finance, along with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast paced post go live environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional workshops covering OTC, PTP and Finance processes, ensuring clear documentation and solution alignment with business goals.
• Review the current NetSuite configuration and identify opportunities for optimisation, stabilisation and process improvement.
• Manage enhancements, troubleshoot issues and provide hands on support to end users across key finance and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into feasible system changes and ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide best practice guidance to finance teams, supporting month end, reporting and reconciliation activities within NetSuite.
• Work closely with stakeholders in Dutch and English speaking teams to ensure smooth communication and project clarity.
Required Skills and Experience
• Fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant, ideally in European multi entity environments.
• Strong functional expertise in OTC, PTP and Finance modules, including advanced workflows, approvals and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting or stabilising post go live environments.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and deliver results within short project timelines.
