Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and deployment within NetSuite.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients in optimising their NetSuite platform to align with their business objectives and processes.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and utilisation of NetSuite functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging trends, particularly in Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance domains.
- Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes, methodologies, and tools to streamline project delivery and improve overall efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Extensive experience (3+ years) as a NetSuite Functional Consultant with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
- Proficiency in German (written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices within Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance domains.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
