Salary: €65,000 – €80,000 base (DOE) + benefits

About the Role
We are supporting a fast-growing organisation rolling out and optimising Oracle NetSuite across France and Europe. This role is finance-led, requiring deep accounting and ERP process expertise rather than pure technical development.
You will act as the finance process lead on NetSuite implementations, working closely with Finance Directors, Controllers, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead finance workshops (R2R, P2P, O2C) with senior stakeholders

Translate business & accounting requirements into NetSuite solutions

Configure NetSuite finance modules including:

GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax

Multi-company, multi-currency, intercompany
Ensure compliance with French accounting & regulatory requirements:
VAT
FEC
Local statutory reporting
Own finance-related UAT, cutover & go-live activities
Support post-go-live optimisation and finance process improvements
Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership
Required Experience

4–6+ years NetSuite experience, heavily finance-focused

Strong background in Accounting / Finance / ERP consulting

Proven experience delivering end-to-end NetSuite finance implementations

Excellent understanding of French GAAP & compliance

Comfortable in client-facing / workshop-led environments
