Senior M3 Solution Architect

Seeking an experienced M3 Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Infor M3 solutions across business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Infor M3, experience in ERP architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, IT teams, and business units to ensure successful ERP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end Infor M3 ERP solutions aligned with business requirements

  • Lead architecture planning for M3 implementations, upgrades, and integrations

  • Define system landscapes, integration strategies, and technical frameworks

  • Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and project managers

  • Ensure solution scalability, security, and performance optimization

  • Conduct gap analysis and provide strategic recommendations

  • Support data migration, customisation, and system configuration

  • Provide architectural governance and best practice guidance

  • Act as technical lead during project lifecycle phases

  • Support post-go-live optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Infor M3 (CloudSuite preferred)

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior M3 Consultant

  • Strong understanding of:

    • M3 Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution modules

    • M3 Technical Architecture (ION, MEC, APIs, integrations)

    • ERP implementation methodologies

  • Experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP, EDI, middleware)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Fluent in English (German language skills are a strong advantage)

Preferred Skills

  • German Language + Professional English

  • Knowledge of IT architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar)

  • 3+ Years experience in international multi-subsidiary ERP rollouts

  • Project management exposure (Agile / Scrum)
