About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IFS Project Manager to lead enterprise-level IFS implementations and upgrades for our clients across Norway. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep IFS knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle IFS projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Oversee risk management, resource allocation, and project governance.

• Drive IFS process optimization and ensure alignment with client business objectives.

• Prepare project plans, budgets, and status reports for senior management.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants and project team members.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of IFS experience across multiple modules (Finance, SCM, EAM, HCM, etc.).

• Proven track record managing medium to large-scale IFS implementations.

• Strong understanding of IFS project methodology, configuration, and best practices.

• Experience leading multi-site, multi-country projects is a plus.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Fluency in English; Norwegian language skills are a strong advantage.
