About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant with strong IFS Cloud experience to join the CORE customer team on the customer side of an IFS implementation.
This is a business-focused consulting role — ideal for someone who understands how to translate operational needs into effective IFS processes, rather than a purely technical configuration role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on the customer side of the IFS implementation, ensuring business needs are accurately reflected in the solution.
- Work closely with the customer project team to translate business requirements into IFS Cloud capabilities.
- Provide training, coaching, and IFS guidance to three key customer resources to strengthen internal competence.
- Bridge the gap between current business processes and IFS best practices.
- Collaborate with the external implementation partner to ensure alignment across business and technical streams.
- Support business process alignment, requirement validation, and end-user readiness leading up to go-live.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in IFS Cloud, ideally within Field Service Management (FSM) domains.
- Strong business process understanding — able to advise on best practices and business alignment, not just system configuration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in customer-facing IFS projects.
- Comfortable working part-time (3 days/week) with 2–3 days onsite in the Copenhagen area.
