Job Title: NetSuite Support Consultant
Overview:
We are seeking a NetSuite Support Consultant to provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of our NetSuite ERP platform. This role is key in supporting users, optimising workflows, and ensuring business processes run efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for NetSuite-related issues, providing functional and technical support to end users

Troubleshoot system errors, data issues, and user queries, escalating when necessary

Maintain and optimise system configurations, workflows, saved searches, and reports
-
Support finance, operations, and other teams in making best use of NetSuite functionality

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements

Assist with testing, training, and documentation for new features or updates
Requirements:

Experience supporting NetSuite ERP (functional or technical)

Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, or Supply Chain preferred)

Ability to analyse and resolve issues quickly and effectively

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical users

Prior experience in a support or consultancy role is an advantage
