Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing improvement proposals tailored to the customer’s NetSuite environment.
- Performing or coordinating project-based implementation work.
- Proactively identifying and coordinating process and system improvements for customers.
- Frequent communications with customers surrounding solutions that you will provide.
- Following in-house training you will then implement solutions.
Key skills we're looking for include:
- Fluency in Dutch and B2 in English languages.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role with a focus on adding value for end-users.
- Analytical ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- 2 years hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- Living within the Netherlands.
- Eagerness to learn and develop.
