Overview
Our client is seeking a NetSuite Solution Architect to evolve their ERP landscape. You will act as the key NetSuite reference point for both business and IT teams, guiding best practice and ensuring the platform supports long term growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain overall solution consistency and alignment with business strategy
• Drive strong adoption of NetSuite standard functionality and reduce unnecessary customisation
• Oversee corrective and enhancement activities, ensuring quality, performance and sustainability
• Lead architecture reviews, validate major change requests and guide design decisions
• Analyse the current setup across architecture, integrations, SuiteApps, customisations and performance
• Identify risks and functional or technical debt, and define a clear improvement roadmap
• Compare implementation options and run Proofs of Concept where needed
• Support specification drafting and quality check technical deliverables
• Provide advanced level 3 support and help business teams translate needs into solid requirements
• Challenge demands to maintain solution simplicity and scalability
• Coordinate the work of NetSuite developers and external partners
Required Skills and Experience
• Strong NetSuite expertise across Finance, O2C, P2P and Reporting
• Solid understanding of core finance processes
• Hands on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations and web services
• Knowledge of cloud security and role or permission management
• Minimum five years multi context NetSuite experience
• Relevant certifications: ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer II
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and leadership
• Ability to simplify complex topics
• Fluent English and French
