NetSuite Solution Architect

The Role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable NetSuite solutions for complex business environments. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning solution design across end-to-end NetSuite implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for NetSuite implementations, rollouts, and optimisations

• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable NetSuite solutions

• Own end-to-end solution design including finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and reporting

• Define integration architecture (e.g. Celigo, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs)

• Provide architectural guidance on SuiteScript, workflows, custom records, and SuiteApps

• Partner with project managers, consultants, and developers to ensure best-practice delivery

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and senior stakeholders

• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and demos

• Ensure solutions align with NetSuite best practices and long-term roadmap

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of NetSuite experience, including Solution Architecture or Lead Consultant roles

• Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue)

• Experience across multi-subsidiary, OneWorld, and international implementations

• Solid understanding of NetSuite customisation and integration capabilities

• Experience working in consulting or complex enterprise environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, etc.) are a plus
