Position Overview: As a Senior NetSuite Financial Consultant, you'll lead the charge in implementing and optimising NetSuite financial solutions for clients worldwide. Fluency in Swedish is essential to effectively communicate with Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring their financial requirements are wholly met. Collaborating closely with clients, you'll gather requirements, implement tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support to optimise their NetSuite financial platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end implementation projects, covering requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment of NetSuite environments, or further customisation to pre-existing system.
• Provide expert guidance to clients, aligning NetSuite financial platforms with their business goals and processes.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to teach clients how to maximise NetSuite's financial functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless financial solutions meeting client expectations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite financial capabilities, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Contribute actively to internal process development, streamlining project delivery and enhancing overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience (3+ years) as a NetSuite Financial Consultant with a track record of successful implementations.
• Proficiency in Swedish (written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices, particularly within NetSuite's financial modules.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
