We are working with a growing organisation in Germany that is seeking an experienced NetSuite Finance Consultant to support ongoing ERP transformation and optimisation projects across their European finance landscape.
About the Role
As a NetSuite Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting NetSuite ERP Finance modules across multiple business units. You will work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure best-practice system design, process efficiency, and scalable financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support NetSuite ERP Finance implementations and rollouts
- Configure and optimise core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)
- Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
- Support end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) within NetSuite
- Assist with data migration, system testing, and UAT phases
- Develop workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous system improvements
- Ensure alignment with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS reporting requirements
Requirements
- 3–7+ years experience in Finance Consulting, ERP Consulting, or NetSuite roles
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (Finance modules essential)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (HGB and/or IFRS)
- Experience in ERP implementations and finance transformation projects
- Ability to configure NetSuite (saved searches, workflows, reporting preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
