The Role
We’re working with a growing international organisation looking for a NetSuite Finance Consultant to support and optimise their NetSuite Financials landscape. You’ll work closely with finance stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions and supporting implementations, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the functional NetSuite Finance lead for Finance & Accounting teams

Gather and translate finance requirements into NetSuite configurations

Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Banking & Intercompany

Support NetSuite implementations, rollouts, and system upgrades

Optimise month-end close, reporting, and financial controls

Work with technical teams on integrations, customisations, and reporting

Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

Troubleshoot finance-related NetSuite issues and recommend improvements
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a NetSuite Finance / Functional Consultant

Strong understanding of financial accounting processes

Hands-on experience with NetSuite Financials modules

Confident working with finance stakeholders (CFO, Controllers, Accountants)

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
