Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive NetSuite Consultant to support our clients in Germany throughout the entire ERP lifecycle. You will guide business transformation by aligning NetSuite functionalities with client goals, improving processes, and ensuring successful adoption.
Responsibilities

Conduct workshops and interviews to understand client business models and challenges

Configure and customize NetSuite modules to optimize finance, procurement, inventory, and sales workflows

Develop detailed functional specifications for customizations and integrations

Coordinate with technical developers and external partners to deliver solutions

Lead testing phases including UAT and provide training materials and sessions for end-users

Monitor system performance post-go-live and propose enhancements

Build strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor on ERP best practices

Stay updated on NetSuite product releases and industry trends
Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a NetSuite Consultant or in a similar ERP role

Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript scripting a plus

Solid understanding of core business processes: accounting, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay

Experience supporting German and European clients preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a consultative approach

German and English proficiency essential for client interaction
