We’re working with a growing ERP consultancy that’s looking to hire a NetSuite Support Consultant to join their customer support and implementation team.
This role sits at the intersection of functional support, process improvement, and light project delivery. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them get real value from their NetSuite environment — from quick optimisations to larger implementation work.
What you’ll be doing

Act as the main support contact for NetSuite customers

Analyse customer processes and proactively identify improvement opportunities

Configure and implement solutions directly in NetSuite

Support and coordinate project-based implementation work

Translate business challenges into practical NetSuite solutions
What they’re looking for

Experience supporting or consulting on NetSuite (functional or support-focused)
