Main Microsoft Administrator of On Premise Services Tasks
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft servers (Windows Server 2012R2 onward and Windows SQL Server 2012 onward) and services (ADFS, RADIUS, PKI, LDAP, LAPS)
Management of Active Directory, Group Policies and user accounts
Monitoring system performance and implementing performance tuning
Ensuring data security and compliance with company policies
Perform regular backups and restore data when necessary
Updating systems and applications to the latest versions
Troubleshooting and troubleshooting support
Qualifications
Completed studies in computer science or comparable training
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and operating systems
Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Certifications such as MCSE or MCSA are an advantage
