About the Role
We support growing companies in digitising financial and business processes using modern ERP systems. We’re looking for individuals with strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take ownership.
In this role, you’ll combine business knowledge with technical understanding, working closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders. Projects often focus on finance and controlling, depending on your experience and strengths.
This opportunity is open to junior and senior candidates, as well as career changers with relevant ERP exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and design appropriate solutions
- Configure ERP modules (e.g. Finance, Billing, Inventory)
- Support projects from initial workshops through to go-live
- Deliver training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in international environments
- Take ownership of tasks or follow a structured onboarding programme
Requirements
- Degree in business, technology, or similar qualification
- Experience in ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics) or strong willingness to learn
- Understanding of business processes, particularly in finance
- Structured, reliable working style and strong communication skills
- Fluency in at least two of the following: German, French, English
