NetSuite Junior Consultant Job Description

(Dutch Speaking) - Benelux Region

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a team as a NetSuite Junior Consultant, focusing on serving clients in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation Support: Collaborate with senior consultants to assist in the implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions for clients across the Benelux region. Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the NetSuite platform.

2. Configuration and Customisation: Work closely with clients to configure NetSuite modules, including Financial Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management, to meet their specific business needs. Assist in customising workflows, forms, and reports to optimise system functionality.

3. Data Migration: Support data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring the accurate and timely transition of data from legacy systems to NetSuite. Validate data integrity and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the migration process.

4. Training and Documentation: Provide training sessions to end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices, enabling them to effectively utilise the system in their daily operations. Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials, to support ongoing user adoption and system maintenance.

5. Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and support requests, providing timely assistance and troubleshooting guidance to resolve issues and address concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues as needed.

Requirements

1. Fluency in Dutch: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Dutch are essential for this role, as you will be liaising with Dutch-speaking clients and stakeholders in the Benelux region.

2. Background in Finance: Previous experience or educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields is essential for this role. Understanding of financial processes and principles is critical for effectively supporting clients' finance-related requirements.

3. NetSuite Knowledge: Basic understanding of NetSuite ERP or similar cloud-based ERP systems is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to develop proficiency in NetSuite functionalities and configurations.
