We’re currently supporting a key manufacturing client in their search for a Senior MES Lead Consultant with strong experience in Infor MES, to play a critical role in a major transformation programme.
This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone who has delivered multiple MES implementations and can bridge the gap between business, production, and IT.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end MES implementations (design ? deployment ? optimisation)
• Act as the SME for Infor MES within a complex manufacturing environment
• Work closely with stakeholders across production, quality, and supply chain
• Translate business requirements into scalable MES solutions
• Oversee system integration with ERP systems such as Infor LN
• Drive shop floor digitalisation and process improvements
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical/functional leadership
? What we’re looking for:
• Proven track record delivering multiple MES projects (ideally Infor-based)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete or process industries)
• Experience integrating MES with ERP landscapes (Infor LN highly desirable)
• Dutch-speaking and willing to be on-site with the customer
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
