We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Support Specialist to join a dynamic ERP support function, providing day-to-day functional and technical support across a live Infor M3 environment. The role will focus on incident resolution, system stability, and continuous improvement across key business processes.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business users and technical teams to ensure the smooth running of a complex ERP landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st–3rd line support for Infor M3 across multiple business functions
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical incidents within agreed SLAs
- Support post go-live hypercare and ongoing BAU system stability
- Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes where possible
- Support system configuration, enhancements, and minor changes
- Liaise with technical teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues
- Assist with testing (SIT/UAT) for fixes, upgrades, and new functionality
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and process guides
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and system performance
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience supporting Infor M3 in a live environment
- Functional knowledge of core modules (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order Management)
- Good understanding of ERP support processes (incident, problem, change management)
- Experience with data analysis / SQL (desirable)
- Exposure to integrations or middleware (e.g. APIs, ION) is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests effectively
