Configure and implement Infor M3 Service & Rental modules, including contract management, equipment lifecycle, maintenance planning, and billing processes
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions across service operations, field service, and rental workflows
Support end-to-end project delivery, including system design, configuration, testing (UAT), data migration, and post-go-live support
Integrate Service & Rental processes with Infor OS / ION, enabling automation, mobile service capabilities, and real-time reporting
Provide functional expertise and training to users, ensuring adoption and optimisation across industries such as equipment rental, industrial services, and asset-intensive organisations
