Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP projects in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Infor M3 implementation and transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams and technical consultants to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee system integrations, data migration and testing phases to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate regular project updates, reporting and governance meetings.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Infor M3 or similar ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles and business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.
