Infor M3 Manufacturing Consultant

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Infor M3 Manufacturing modules within a CloudSuite programme, ensuring alignment with business processes and industry best practices

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for manufacturing (e.g., production, planning, costing), providing guidance to stakeholders and translating requirements into scalable ERP solutions

Engage directly with business users to run workshops, gather requirements, and challenge existing processes to drive process optimisation and standardisation

Configure and support end-to-end CloudSuite M3 solutions, including integrations, data migration, and testing phases (SIT/UAT)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, technical consultants) to ensure a cohesive and fully integrated ERP solution

Provide leadership during project delivery, including mentoring junior consultants and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Bring an expert-level, strong personality consultant approach, capable of influencing senior stakeholders, driving decisions, and confidently navigating complex project environments
