Job Title: Infor M3 Finance Consultant

Job Summary:
The Infor M3 Finance Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end financial solutions within Infor M3. This role involves working closely with finance stakeholders to implement, enhance, and support core financial modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
• Design and deliver scalable financial solutions aligned with best practices and regulatory standards
• Lead or support full project lifecycle activities: workshops, solution design, system configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and custom developments
• Support financial reporting, period-end closing processes, and audit requirements
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and system efficiency

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Infor M3 finance modules
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience in ERP implementations and support projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, or related tools within the Infor ecosystem
• Professional accounting certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are a plus
