Infor M3 Developer Key Responsibilities

1. Customisation and Development: Utilise your expertise in Infor M3 to design, develop, and implement customised solutions that meet the unique business requirements of our clients. Leverage Infor M3's robust capabilities to enhance functionalities, streamline processes, and optimise system performance.

2. Integration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Infor M3 with other business systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Develop and maintain interfaces, APIs, and integration solutions to facilitate real-time information exchange.

3. Configuration and Optimisation: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and configure Infor M3 to align with their operational needs. Identify areas for optimisation and performance improvement, implementing enhancements to maximize efficiency and usability.

4. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing system issues, inquiries, and enhancement requests promptly and effectively. Proactively monitor system performance and stability, implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime and ensure reliability.

5. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure system transparency. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to promote system adoption and proficiency.

Requirements

1. Fluency in German: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German are essential for this role, as you will be collaborating with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.

2. Infor M3 Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and customising solutions within the Infor M3 platform. Proficiency in M3 development tools, such as M3 Enterprise Collaborator (MEC), Mashups, Smart Office, and Infor Grid, is highly desirable.

3. Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, RPG, or SQL. Experience with database management systems (DBMS) and integration technologies (e.g., Infor ION, Web Services) is preferred.

4. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions effectively.

5. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and across different organizational levels. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
