Infor M3 Consultant

Provide day-to-day functional support for Infor M3 users across core modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement).

Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions or workarounds.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance M3 processes and configurations.

Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials to improve adoption and understanding of M3 functionality.

Support system upgrades, patches, and integrations, including testing, validation, and change impact assessment.

Partner with technical teams and external vendors to ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
