Freelance Position - 6 months
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across key functions (e.g. finance, supply chain, manufacturing), translating them into functional specifications within Infor M3
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support the design of efficient, standardised solutions aligned with Infor best practices
- Support system implementations and enhancements, including configuration, testing (UAT), and end-user training
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery of requirements
- Monitor system performance and user adoption, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and recommendations for continuous improvement
