We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Business Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our ERP landscape. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring Infor M3 solutions align with operational and strategic needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business processes and translate requirements into Infor M3 solutions

Support and improve M3 modules (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution)

Collaborate with business users, developers, and external partners

Participate in upgrades, rollouts, testing, and user training

Provide functional support and continuous improvement recommendations
Requirements:

Strong experience with Infor M3 as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant

Understanding of end-to-end business processes

Experience working with stakeholders in a European business environment

Strong communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
