About the role
For a Dutch end customer, we are seeking an experienced Infor LN Test Manager to support a complex ERP implementation and/or rollout programme. You will be responsible for the overall testing strategy and execution, ensuring quality, stability, and business readiness across the Infor LN landscape.
This role sits at the heart of the programme, working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams in an international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the overall test strategy for the Infor LN programme
- Establish test governance, processes, and reporting standards
- Plan and manage all test phases (SIT, UAT, regression, integration)
- Coordinate business users and test teams across multiple workstreams
- Manage defect lifecycle, triage, and resolution tracking
- Provide clear test progress reporting to programme leadership
- Ensure business requirements are fully validated before go-live
- Act as the main point of contact for all testing-related activities
Required experience
- Strong experience as a Test Manager on Infor LN projects
- Solid understanding of ERP testing methodologies
- Experience with complex integrations and third-party systems
- Background in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or engineering environments
- Experience working with system integrators
- Confident stakeholder management skills at senior level

- Freelance availability (ZZP or equivalent)
- Willingness to work on-site in the Netherlands when required
