Proven technical expertise across the full ERP LN stack, including many of its peripheral systems: installation, configuration, administration, performance tuning, and integration.
Ability to independently drive complex technical tasks – this is not solely a routine support role.
At least two full-cycle ERP LN implementations (or equivalent environment setups or upgrades).
Solid experience with on-premise deployments; comfort with InforOS hybrid environments and associated tools (e.g., ION, Data Lake, Ming.le, etc.) is a strong plus.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities in performance, integration, and security contexts.
Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken – with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to mixed audiences.
