Infor LN Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Infor LN Project Manager to lead and deliver complex ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with in-depth knowledge of Infor LN systems to oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Infor LN ERP projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration, testing, and deployment.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate training sessions and support post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience managing Infor LN ERP projects or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong project management skills, preferably with a recognised certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical understanding of Infor LN architecture and integration points is highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
